Ren’s can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests. All setup time, event time, and cleanup time must be included in the total reservation window. Most events require 30 minutes for both setup and cleanup. If you’re unsure how much time you will need, let us know during the reservation process. We recommend reservation blocks of 2 hours, but if you need additional time or anticipate a longer event, please include these details during your reservation process. The café will be open and available to your group for purchases during your event. In addition to our offerings, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. In this case, you will be required to clean up all self-brought food and drinks before your departure. BYOB alcoholic beverages are permissible, beer and wine only, may not include hard liquor. Everyone in your party must consume responsibly. In addition to the café, the bookstore is open and available to your group for shopping during your event. Event guests receive a 10% discount on merchandise in the bookstore purchased during the event.
